This is a limited summary of requirements for outdoor recreational facilities. Also refer to the general requirements for all businesses. It is the responsibility of the business owner to stay up- to-date with the provincial regulations.
1. Only outdoor recreational facilities may open. All indoor facilities are closed unless exempted by provincial legislation.
2. Up to 50 per cent capacity for spectators.
3. Every outdoor spectator must wear a mask or face covering unless two metres away from people outside of their household.
4. The person responsible for the facility must collect the contact information of every person that enters the facility and maintain the records for at least one month.
5. The person responsible for the facility must actively screen individuals who enter the facility.
